Welcome to Deja Vu Holidays! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, the booking of any travel services, and participation in any tours or packages offered by Deja Vu Holidays. We encourage you to carefully review these terms, as they outline your rights and responsibilities, the scope of our services, and important legal limitations. Booking and Payment Policy

• A deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the start of the tour.
• For bookings made less than 7 days before the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the tour start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days prior to the tour start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Changes to the Itinerary

• Deja Vu Holidays reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or availability of services. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be provided.
• Any changes requested by the client post-confirmation of the booking will be subject to availability and additional costs.

Responsibility and Liability

• Deja Vu Holidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) and are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for the duration of the trip.

Health and Safety

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health to undertake the tour.
• Deja Vu Holidays is not responsible for any illness or medical conditions that occur during the tour.

Pricing

• The package price is based on two persons traveling together. Any changes in the number of travelers may result in a change in the total package cost.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice in case of any unforeseen changes in local taxes or currency fluctuations.

Disputes and Governing Law

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
